Terms of Service

By installing or using Exhibo Pro (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. The service

Exhibo Pro helps you capture, organize and report on data from trade shows and exhibitions. It is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee perfect uptime, bug-free software, or that every AI-generated report will be accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential.
• All activity that happens under your account.
• Providing accurate information during registration.

Notify us immediately at support@exhibopro.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Your content

Everything you enter into the app — supplier data, photos, notes, findings — belongs to you. You retain full ownership. We only use your content to operate the service for you (storing, syncing, reporting).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store the data you enter (for example, that you obtained any necessary consent when photographing a supplier's booth or business card).

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Exhibo Pro to:

• Break the law, infringe others' IP, or harass anyone.
• Upload malware, spam, or attempt to compromise our systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or abuse our rate limits.
• Resell access to the service without a written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-generated content

Some features (exhibition reports, summaries, tag suggestions) are generated by third-party AI (currently Anthropic's Claude). AI output can be wrong, incomplete or biased. Treat it as a starting point, not a final answer. Verify important facts before acting on them.

6. Pricing

The core app is free during the initial release. Paid tiers and team features may be introduced later; we'll notify you clearly before any change affects you. Any paid purchase is a one-time or recurring charge shown in-app before you confirm.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. On deletion, your data is permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days and are then overwritten.

We may terminate or suspend accounts that break these terms. Where possible we will give you notice and a chance to fix the issue.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Exhibo Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app — including lost business opportunities, lost data, or missed supplier deals. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or USD 100 if the app was free.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in Hong Kong courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and notify you in-app for material changes. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
