Privacy Policy

Exhibo Pro (“Exhibo”, “we”, “our”) is a mobile app for professional buyers, sourcing agents and exhibitors attending trade shows. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

Short version: we collect the minimum we need to run the app, we do not sell your data, and you can delete your account at any time.

1. Data we collect

We only collect data you actively provide:

• Account: email address, name, password (stored as a one-way hash).
• App content: supplier records, findings, photos, notes, and tags — all created by you.
• Device identifiers: an anonymous push-notification token (only if you enable notifications).
• Usage logs: minimal server-side logs (timestamps, endpoint) for reliability and abuse prevention.

We do not collect advertising identifiers, contacts, location history, microphone audio, or browsing activity.

2. Where your data lives

Your data is stored on our servers in Hong Kong, in a PostgreSQL database with encryption at rest. Photos are stored on the same server filesystem, accessible only via authenticated API. We do not replicate your data to other regions without your consent.

3. How we use your data

• To run the app: sync your findings across devices, generate reports, deliver notifications.
• To improve the product: aggregated, anonymized statistics (e.g. how many reports are generated per week).
• To comply with legal obligations when required.

We never use your supplier lists, findings, or photos to train AI models.

4. Third parties

We share limited data with a small number of trusted providers, only when needed to deliver the service:

• Anthropic (Claude API) — to generate exhibition-day reports. We send the text content of your findings and notes for the day. Anthropic does not train on this data per their enterprise terms.
• Resend — to deliver verification and password-reset emails.
• Apple & Google Push Services — to send notifications, only if you opt in.

We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access a copy of your data — email us and we will send it within 30 days.
• Delete your account and all associated data — do this from Settings → Account → Delete account, or email us.
• Correct inaccurate data — most fields are editable inside the app.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing (push notifications, email alerts) at any time.

6. Children

Exhibo Pro is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top and notify you in-app when the changes are material. Continued use after the change means acceptance.
